Objective:

The objective of the advertising policy is to ensure that published advertisements do not interfere with editorial content, do not compromise editorial independence, and do not mislead readers.

Types of Allowed Advertisements:

The journal will consider for publication those advertisements that:

  • Are relevant to the medical community: Advertisements must be related to the journal's theme and be of interest to readers.
  • Comply with legal regulations: Advertisements must comply with current laws and regulations regarding advertising, especially those related to pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
  • Are not misleading: Advertisements must not contain false or misleading information, nor make claims not supported by scientific evidence.
  • Do not promote products or services that go against the ethical principles of medicine: The journal will not accept advertising for products that may cause harm to health or that promote questionable medical practices.

Placement of Advertisements:

Advertisements will be placed in sections clearly differentiated from the editorial content, so that readers can easily distinguish between the two.
